Bheema - an old script released in the new age
Bheema was one of the most awaited films in 2006,2007 & 2008 !! It was touted to be the best competitor for Shivaji..But problems swept their way and it got postponed for lots of months. Though technically it is a sound movie, the movie failed terribly due to its late release . It became kinda outdated. If it had been released on time it would've become a decent flick rather than a blooper now ..
Speaking about the performances, Vikram sparkles in his performance as ever. Prakashraj - No words to speak.. He never disappoints us. & last but not the least Trisha is awesome in Bheema. The best she has ever come on screen . Every minute she comes on screen , she makes u feel unlucky on not having a girlfriend like her . .But as usual like any tamil heroine she gets only a small part to play, which she plays with elegance .These 3 form the main cast to be applauded...& there is Raghuvaran in every another gangster movie.. Nothing much new in his performance, except for that monotonous tone & dialogue delivery .
Linguswamy should have worked on a much better screenplay with rock solid story in it rather than just fights. Rather than that Lingiswamy has to be congratulated for the unique unexpected climax he gave @ the end, which rather than some like me has not gone well with the audience . So in the future he should make movies which would go well with all the audience ,something like a commercial movie ,if he really needs a hit @ this bad time of his career .
On the whole Bheema - though delivers us a fresh climax , lacks in proper story which makes it an old script delivered in the new ages..
